** Update Sept 30th 2011: This is still being worked on, I've just finished rewriting the entire Raid Unit management library to utilize all the new API features. This is the main bottle-neck in development. **

Current Work in progress of a "Click Heal/Dispel" group/raid interface for Rift raiders.

Zip only contains .toc and working directory until the main interface is ready for testing.

Oh man, this! Was going to be my original project. Would of probably been a lot easier to maintain too! lol

Anyway, to answer the question at hand. This will eventually see the light of day. BUT, there are a few little touches in the API before I'd be willing to work on replacement frames. Such as having control of native frames, and some sort of File access for custom save data.

But I have some extra Raid related Mods and Plug-ins (Ready Check almost ready for alpha testing) before this. Once I've finished this though, it'll be pretty low overhead to maintain.

What's the current status of this addon? I'd love something minimalistic that tracks HoTs and has a better layout. I also was a druid healer in WoW so I dislike how unfriendly Rift's default UI is for some cleric builds. I understand you are doing a lot with KBM right now, was just wondering if there was any time-frame for this addon?

You may be interested to know that KBM has support for all Dungeons now (Expert and Master). There's no real timing/alert info for the encounters yet, but the basics are in there if you ever felt like a hands-on experience with it.

This and KBM will both use the same design for their Options window, so maybe once SRM is live and you've delved deeper in to its planned customization - KBM will be a little easier to pick up. I'll admit that KBM is a beast to understand at first, but once the basics are understood, everything else in KBM mirrors those basics.

Great! I look forward to it. I've never really used KBM, and I don't really understand it... but that's because I've never raided - people seem to be rude the last time I tried to raid, and I figured, it's less stressful to just do PvE content alone, or doing dungeons with groups. I'm more of a casual player anyway, but I love a challenge, I just don't like rude and bad attitudes, I come to play a game to relax and have fun, not to be stressed, that's what work is for lol

It's definitely still penned in to be completed. There are certain aspects of the API I'm wanting to mature slightly. Some of the restrictions and implementation of those would mean it would be a kind of awkward raid frame, but I won't give up on it

The engine that drives this currently is the same one behind King Boss Mods. Once development of my engine has matured along with KBM needing less work I'll be able to continue this project at a much faster rate. Not to mention that the main engine used to power Safe's Raider is currently tested live by some 15,000+ players.

I'm learning a lot from the development of KBM and it's plug-ins, so this will all come in to play when this project starts making a public appearance.

Yes, I agree. Monitoring HoT's, Emergency CD's and selected buffs and/or debuffs are what I would say most needed. Since I mouseover heal, click to heal isn't as important as getting the info above. Thanks for you work.
