This lets you watch the raid for the gain of specific buffs/debuffs.

Currently it comes pre-configured to watch for

"Toinenveli's Ire"
"Kolmasveli's Ire"

It has a few slash commands

/rbw list -- lists all currently watched buffs
/rbw add NAME OF SPELL -- adds a spell to watchlist
/rbw remove NAME OF SPELL -- removes a spell from watchlist
