Library to provide generic sharing of biography, description, etcetera among players. This is the part you'd use if you wanted to write your own RP addon that could talk to other RP addons.

0.3: Update local data cache on login, instead of continuing to show previous biography.
0.4: Add version info and tools for recognizing the versions of addons using LMS. Also switch to using Utility.Dispatch() for callbacks.
0.5: Mark own storage with .self, delete error entries with no data and no .self before exiting.
0.6: ToC updates.
0.7: ToC updates, improve internal printf() implementation.
