Ever wonder if those speed boost: items, talents, mounts, etc... work?

Well here you go...

It was originally in 3d, but now only considers 2d movement. ie, jumping doesn't count.

It was also in miles per hour, but there turned out to be massive rounding issues.

So the end result is basically the avg of 5 distance changes over the last half sec. This will lead to .5 sec stops, but less jumpy numbers while running.

I was unable to maintain a constant rate - which is what I would expect from a mount running in a line.

However, i did find that speed changes from foot, to 60%, to 110% was accurate enough when average was used.
