Twin: Advanced Buff Tracker
Version: 1.0.4

Twin: Advanced Buff Tracker

This addon is designed to change the native Rift Buff-Bar with something more useful and user friendly by introducing buff sorting, grouping and more.

Features
  • Buff and debuff ordering by remaining time
  • Buff grouping (4 distinct groups)
  • Buff tracking by caster (2 distinct filters)
  • Debuff coloring

Setting up the addon
  1. Left-click on addon's options button ("T" icon in the middle of the screen)
  2. Position all elements in desired positions (left-click and drag)
  3. Optional: enable desired grouping by checking it in options panel
  4. Close the options panel and let the magic happen

Additional notes
  • Left-click on icon to focus pop-up buff bar
  • This addon doesn't disable native buff-bar, so you will have to disable it manually. To do so:
    1. Go to: 'System' > 'Edit Layout'
    2. Select "Buff Bar" HUD element
    3. Untick "Enabled" option
  • The timers are refreshed every second, so there might be a small (milisecond) deviation from actual remaining time on buff/debuff
  • To get more in-game commands: /twinabt
v1.0.4
  • Added a quick fix for 'Remaining time' error.

Info: A new 2.0 version for the addon is already WIP and should be done in couple weeks.

v1.0.3
  • Added a possibility to limit the number of buffs in a row
  • Other fixes and tweaks

Note: This is just a quick solution to one of the options that multiple people asked for, so it doesn't give that much of configuration. I am planning to do a major overhaul to the addon in the next month and introduce a number of new configuration options, increase accuracy of timers and some general tweaks.

v1.0.2
  • Fixed an issue causing an unexpected behavior: the pop-up buff bar disappearing in some occasions

Thanks for your comment!

I will add a possibility to do so in the next update or the one after.

I was wondering if you had plan to implement a way to tell it how many buffs wide to display. I would like it to fit in-between two other display windows on the top of my screen. If I could tell it to only display, say, 12 wide, and fill out with more rows as needed, that would be perfect.

If there is a way for me to do this manually, if you could just give me a rough idea of what to change that would be absolutely awesome.

Thank you for taking the time to not only develop, but publish this addon for others to use.

Question Greetings

Firstly, I love the mod. I've been hoping for something like this for a while now.
