Everything looks good so far, haven't found any other issues with it. An amazing addon that has truly streamlined my rift experience, no longer do I have to search all over my screen for every tiny detail of my toon, group and targets. Many thanks from me and my guildies
Edit: I lied, I've found two more problems. 1) I have vex set to Buff -> Missing -> Combat Only -> Target -> Self Cast Only, but the alert dissapears even when other people cast vex on my target. Noticed this during a zone event in Stillmoor. 2) I have a few alerts set to Ability -> Ready -> combat Only -> Warning -> 5, if they come of cooldown in combat then they dissapear after combat, if they're still on cooldown when combat ends however then they pop back up on my screen as they come off cooldown and then stay there until the next time I enter combat and use them.

I tried to manually enter the name of the ability I am interested in being alerted on, without using the scanner function.
I get an 'ability not found' or somesuch error. Does your script require the ability/buff to be 'scanned' first before you can add an alert for it? |

I'm looking at allowing you to enter buffs/abilities free form and you just won't get the default icon until the item has been seen in game. I'm working out how to do the scanning automatically without it being a resource hog. |

Everything is looking good for my raiding use except for one small niggle - some of the alerts are flickering especially when hitting keys quickly but curiously only AFTER the first finisher. They seem to flick out when the global cooldown starts and flick back in when the GCD is over and you can activate a new skill.
Let me describe my scenario: 1. I have an alert that shows me when Ebon Fury is available 2. I spam my builder key on a Nightblade build until I have 5 combo points 3. I hit my finisher 4. I start spamming my builder key again and I notice that my Ebon Fury alert (which is displayed because it is off cooldown) flickers in and out Things I've tried to resolve: 1. Disabled all other addons (made no difference) 2. Set the game input queue to none (this had some effect but didnt eradicate it) 3. Slowed down my keypress spam (this does fix it but is not really suitable for my playstyle) Another curious observation is that it is most noticable for Nighblade and Saboteur builds but much less so for Marksman builds. ** UPDATE: I found the cause of my problem. Energy. An ability is not deemed available if you don't have the energy to activate it. That's why it flickers off during the GCD waiting for me to regenerate enough energy to activate it. Bard.

Thought
Would it be possible to add a feature that when you are stunned it tells you you are stunned, same with silence and disarm. Right now I have gone into every soul finding the stuns/disarms/silences and I have them all done individually. It would be awesome if there was a way to simplify it. If not I am fine with it lol.

So... I filled the list in my first set. If I add more stuff to set 2, it obviously doesn't work with all the other stuff.
Any chance of being able to have more than however fit in one set?

Not saving?
Got this two days ago and set up alerts. Logged in yesterday and they are gone except for the top one. Figured it was a glitch set them up again and moved them around. Today they are gone agai, except for the top one and that's in it's old location. Any idea on why this is occurring ?

I am using a work around to show when I am stunned/disarmed/silenced. I have Keen Strike on my rogue set to watch when it is unavailable, I don't have any non GCD abilities that would work for this so it always shows my warning for a split second in between attacks because of GCD. Anyone think of a work around to this?

I have clicked on everything in sight, gotten "New buff found: [buff name]", but I never have any selectable inside the karuulalert interface to set them up with.
Not sure what I'm doing incorrectly. Nevermind - I thought it built a list to select from and I thought that sets were more like groups of buffs and debuffs to track.

First, awesome job on this.
That said, recently transferred servers and lost everything I had setup for Kalert. Which really sucked since I had 2-3 sets setup for 3 different characters including for rogue tanking TtT build and Archon buffs/debuffs. So, with the possiblity of another server transfer in the near future, I don't want to spend all the time setting this up just to have it all wiped out again. Is there a reason the server transfer would affect the addon? Edit: Never mind, I figured out that I had to copy the files in my RIFT Game\Saved\myaccount\OldServer\Character\SavedVariables to the new server character folders.
