When all else fails, try /rhud reset

New!! No more limited amount of arc colors! Arcs are now drawn with code and not included graphics. You may want to delete the addon folder before installing 3.0 if you are concerned with harddrive space.

RiftHud is a unitframes replacement. It includes player, target, focus, pet and target of target. It also shows debuffs on yourself and on your target.

To change the position of the hud, middle-click the Level icon or type /rhud and drag the window from the anchor symbol.

To config this addon, either click on the level icon or you can type /rhud config.

To reset back to default settings, just type /rhud reset.

There are tons of toggles and settings. You can change in and out of combat transparency. You can also change which colors the bars are.
I have included 3 different sets of bars.
Now there is an additional set. This is Orbs and Rings.
Orbs can be manipulated but the rings will resize and move when you change the orb.

You can move any arc, orb and any element around the screen. You can resize the arcs, orbs and icons. You can change the font on all the texts.

Thanks for the orb and ring construction code goes out to Baanano! His code rocks :P

You can now rescale the arcs and globes individually in both width and height, or lock it so they scale as one.

Yes a whole version jump.
No more textures so you can remove the addon before installing this one if you want.
Rift Update 2.4 brought a new way of working with graphics so I have converted the whole addon to the new control.
You can now set any arc to any color or combination of colors (gradient) you want.
Included 3 different types of arcs. I have preset these, if you dont like the layout, just change it. Every element and arc on the screen can be moved around.
New to the sets is now Orbs and Rings. Check them out :) Orbs can be resized, recolored and moved around. Rings will change with them, you can not modify the rings other then changing the colors of them.
Arcs and Orbs can have their growth directions changed. Arcs can be orientated left, right, top and bottom.
Added more configuration choices.
Added player casting arc/ring
Added target pvp icon
You can now move, resize the font and change the color on just about every text and number.

New in 2.0
Lots of changes here this patch, unfortunately, I have to reset your arcs settings to do so.
Move your arcs anywhere, orientate them left, right, up and down now. Make them grow in opposite directions as well. KEEP IN MIND, when changing an arcs orientation, go to the Colors tab and you can change the way the arc grows as well.
When adjusting arc sizes, you no longer change wide and height but scale them. This was changed for some new changes coming (hopefully in 2.4).
You can enable/disable any arc now.
You can change cast bar orientation and also added a player castbar. The player castbar is disabled by default. Just turn it on if you want in the Arc Setup Tab
You can color the arc percentage labels now. Just click the little paint pad in the bottom corner of the Arc Setup Tab.
You can also have it display your own name if you want.
Some more fixes and alignments done that I just never got around to.

New in 1.53
Hopefully fixed when dragging arcs or elements, they wont latch on to others and drag them as well.
Saved arc heights and widths should now save correctly.
Removed a ghostly slider bar that appeared in the topleft corner of the screen when config was opened:)
You can now hide the pet bar when you have a pet.
Removed a chat output line I had left in when testing last update.

New in 1.52
Fixed where if vitality and/or planar charges where toggled off they would reappear.
Fixed swapping bars from left to right/right to left will display arcs correctly (I hope)

New in 1.51
Fixed the layout coords from resetting when logging in on a character. (The very first time you log in on a char right after installing the addon, the window still is not centered on the char if you have an ajusted UI scale.)
Fixed a layer issue with the arcs.

Love the addon!

I saw it was available, and took it for a test drive. So far, I like what i'm seeing. A couple of recommendations: Would you be able to add an arc for the player's castbar? Also, could you add percentages for the enemy's health?

Really didnt want to add a player castbar as I see nothing wrong with the built in on but will see about it. As far as percentages, there is one under ever bar.

if possible can it be made so you can 'click' on player/target/pet/focus/etc bars to select them please.?

If I did then you wouldnt be able to click through most of the addon. It would be a huge inconvenience then.

Update 1.5

NOTE: When first installing the addon, your hud may not be centered on char correctly if you have changed the UI scale. Either type /rhud reset or middle-click the level icon to unlock so you can move it manually.

New in 1.5

I am using RiftHud 1.52 and it is not saving the height and width information for the Arcs for me. Its saving all positional based information.

On the height and width, if I make my changes (which were to max for each. 500 and 98 I think) and then log out or do a reset ui it goes back to the defaults. Also If I go from the arc setup page to another page and back to arc setup as soon as I click on an arc the values on the sliders will be back at 300 and 70.

Finally if I try and drag any HUD element near and arc it usually grabs that arc and pulls it along with the element.

Quick update: I was able to get it to keep my Height and Width values, but I had to go into the RiftHud.lua in my characters saved variables and manually edit the values there.

Also a favor. I kind of like seeing my toons name on the screen. I would not mind a Player Name and Class element like you have for the Target. It is just a vanity thing I know.

Ok, will look at it probs and will see about adding another element. I have had some emails also asking to go back to where you can resize the whole window instead of changing the size of each arc, would you rather see that and just adjust any smaller arcs of you have them?

I myself am easy in ether direction actually. I saw on the Curseforge you mentioned needing to have the separate arc movers cause you had some plans for different arc graphics that would need them to move (or at least that's how I read it.) and I am always for more graphics.

Overall I like the idea of both, but that's a lot of work for you. I can see how people would want just one drag or option to re-size the whole thing at once. On the other hand I can see and used on my UI the ability to move all arcs individually. I like the Gatchet buffbars and place my player buff bars just to the left of the player arcs and I moved the pet arcs to the left of those buff bars. I did the same with the focus arcs on the right side of my UI.

I also don't know if maters to any of the code, but I play on a 2550x1440 monitor which is why I was working to make the player and target Arcs to the max height and width.

Problems "should" be fixed now. And even took some time to fix a few others.

I tested everything I had issues with before and they are all working fine now. No arcs getting caught when moving something else and my arc sizing is staying where I set it.

focus target error

Two things:

1) I love using the arcs for my information, but hate it for enemies. Can you please make it possible for us to hide whichever arcs we'd like, not just the pet bar?

2) Admittedly, what could possibly make me enjoy using this more for enemy info would be if it could be in the center of my screen, above the middle, rather than off to the right. Obviously I can do that now, but it looks ridiculous with the orientation of the arcs. What would be great would be the ability to rotate the arcs to orientate them however we'd prefer.

Also, as the person before me mentioned, I get error messages whenever I have a focus as well.

If everyone could, just try to bear with me. Making some changes to allow for a different kind of set and its taking me a little time. I have had to learn code on my own, well, with some help from the rift addon community. Never took any classes or anything so I am learning new stuff as I go. The next update should be alot better for everyone who wants so many different options, however everything will most likely be reset to default. Hopefully you will be able to pick which orientation you want for each arc, so left, right and top and bottom as well. You will be able to pick which direction the bar fills as well. Oh, and can turn off individual bars of you dont want them to show at all. There are more changes planned as well. I will try to get this out ASAP.
