o added /rt w y|n to toggle the watching of all non-carnage quests on|off

- now you can do /rt a string to search your achievments for a string
- can be used to see a Hunt bosses level (for example)
- will show you if the achievement has been completed or not
- IE: to show all GH4 achievements: /rt a IV

o added /rt n string to search your notoriety for a string
- so if you wanted to see Torvan rep: /rt n Tor

o removed the boss list from Vars.lua as we get all our info from the API now

o Added health percentage to target
- I realize this is a setting but I don't like the box filled up with numbers. This just adds the percent to the side of the health bar.

o added Percent toggle: /rt t p

o DPS Meter will no longer show if you are not in combat. Check combat window for DPS Results.

o added Combat time output as well as your DPS results for that battle to the Combat window

o added currency search
- For example to see how much Planarite you have: /rt c Plan
- To see all currencies: /rt c

o added guild roster search
- To search for someone /rt g Name
- To see all online /rt g

o added Total Currency to the General window
- Any time you loot currency (other than plat/gold) it will display your current total of that currency. IE: [RiftTool] Total Infinity Stone: 3214
