Mapping the world
 

You may have noticed my new project that requires mapping all the nodes for a gathering addon.

I've made a map maker addon which will format the data I need into a nice text file which will be sent to me via email. (your account level savedvar for the addon)

Anyone who wishes to get involved will be credited and will hopefully be part of something that proves to be quite useful. This is more than just a map. See the page for details.

The initial response has been vastly positive, we just need more mappers if we are gunna catch them all.

Happy to note that we are bringing in about 1000 nodes per day.

50 downloads, 8 contributors kinda confuses me tho :P

If anyone is stuck on how this works or how to get me a map let me know.

Good work so far. At this rate a beta should be possible soon.

The alpha can be used in the noted zones for anyone interested.

Mapping is much easier now that the mapper has evolved into its current state.

Beta will consist of mining and foraging support and will be cleaned up once the map is more complete.
