I had an idea that might make something similar this possible for a small group but it would be awful to manage...

You COULD make a buttload of macros and put them in multiple action bars...

any change in the possibility for an addon like Healium?

Looking at the addon details, I believe it would be possible to write something like it.

Looks fairly simple and should be easy to implement.

All it looks like it is, is a frame for the player health, then a number of frames afterwards which correspond to spells, and cast the spell on the relevant player when clicked.

It would however, have a few limitations. The biggest being you couldnt add/remove/move things if you were in combat - so you would have to make sure it was in a good location first!

thats awesome news! I hope someone would take this on. a mod like this was always easier for me to use in group situations as remembering all thos mouse click combos using the other mods was very difficult for me.
