Auction Sniper Coming
 

I've made an easy to use addon for grabbing auctions you buy in bulk, or just finding deals in general.

The UI is simple, it will display a deal and you simply click a button to bid / buy (which removes the stupid confirm prompt). Its very fast compared to manual bid selection and you will find many auctions you would have missed (unless you troll something serious like I do)


This is finals week for me, so I wont be testing / posting it until prolly a week from today.

The beta version will include the ability to set a price for artifacts and bid / buy them all as you find them on the house.

Other modules being developed include:
Vendor: the ability to find items posted below vendor price
Player: the ability to find all items from a specific seller
Hollow-Point: the ability to search for specific items such as 'Exotic Leather' and 'Spellspun Silk' at the same time (all the items you buy with individual pricing)

This is actually the result of all my posts on here... so I think I will stop wasting my time with the forum.

Its no use posting polls and design feedback questions when people read and leave.

I ask for feedback to make the mods better for the community, they already work the way I want them to.

Im going to assume that 90% of the forum users are bots to protect the "Rifts community is not dead" image I have in my head.

We'll be adding these features to BananAH in 0.4 (0.3 should be released soon).

About the vendor sniping feature, I wrote a snippet of code that finds those auctions (you gave me the idea with your comment in CurseForge ;)).

Search by seller is planned too (Extended searcher), and the "Hollow-Point" searcher you suggest is to be implemented as a list of "favorite" items + thresold prices, similar to Auctioneer's Snatch searcher.

I would be very interested! I use bAH daily and have suggested it to many people in game and out. By far the best Rift addon there is IMO.

I wont bother releasing these sniper modules as there would be little use. They all work, I just never made them pretty due to finals.

If you have these modules ready, I'd release the addon. Surely some players will be interested in using them.
