We'll be adding these features to BananAH in 0.4 (0.3 should be released soon).
About the vendor sniping feature, I wrote a snippet of code that finds those auctions (you gave me the idea with your comment in CurseForge
).
Search by seller is planned too (Extended searcher), and the "Hollow-Point" searcher you suggest is to be implemented as a list of "favorite" items + thresold prices, similar to Auctioneer's Snatch searcher.
