Cosmetics (action bar etc)

I am trying to get rid of the superfluous fluff around the action bars (I use 3 primarily)... something like Rusty's AB. I am not sure the key binds can be made to work for that...? I don't know the limitations of mods.

Two other minor things; replacing the Chat window with the "flat" design, and having scale-able live portraits for self and target. I don't think the latter is actually possible, but what the hell.
