REQUEST: TullaRange / RedRange

A port of the WoW tullaRange or RedRange would be nice, the default Rift UI just isn't in your face enough for me, I like to have my entire button turn red when not in range

Seconded! It doesn't seem like that big or difficult of a change, assuming you can adequately manipulate the coloring of the action bars. Would this kind of thing be something the average user could just copy/paste or easily change while waiting on a "real" mod?
