Mini-games

Was throwing around the idea of mini-game addons for rift.

The concept was taking simple time killers and somehow making rift a part of it.

For the first example, I made Sin's Slots which is online now.

The tokens you use to play are earned by killing mobs. So its both a mini-game and encourages rift game play at the same time.

The UI is minimal intentionally. Its meant to be used trolling chat but also in between pulls in long runs.

What do you think of the mod? the concept? any ideas for other mini-games you would like to see?

There are always the classic "mini-games" that almost all games include. 8-ball, slots, any gambling mechanic. Role playing mods are also a big hit with other games, the ones that allow you to create custom quests and such that other role players can then join in on "if they have the mod". There are endless amounts of things you can come up with ultimately the deciding factor will be the API will it support it. To answer your question, I would love to see some sort or texas holdem mini-game, even text based would be interesting =P
