Ok i downloaded and save as directly to my addons folder. extract it and when i click on refresh nothing happens. Someone please help.

You are close. The folder King-Molinator-v124 has a folder inside it named just King-Molinator. The first folder shows the version number so you know what you are getting but it's the subfolder that need to go into the addon folder.
