[REQUEST] UI Center Slider (Dual monitor support)

I'm looking for an addon that will allow me to set where I want the center of my UI to be, i.e. where the camera is, to make dual monitors easier to work with.

Probably a long way off, as there are still far too many fundamentals missing before the camera is tackled.
