REQUEST quest log

dont know if theres one in the making or if theres an in game log of questes completed , but this would be nice . ive fallin short of zone achieves by sumtimes 3-6 quests an searched whole zone to no avail for the mighty (!) ,also understand sum questes are item related, but if i knew what quests ive dun ,an theres zone lists out there, i could compare list an be on my merry way to zone quest achiev

Well the glass is half full so to speak:

The full part: the entire game quest list is available as an XML file from Trion. I'm in the process of converting it to Lua so it can be used in addons.

The empty part: the API doesn't expose quest info per character yet.

It will probably be some time before the API will include functions for this. If chat events become available before the quest info API, there will be an alternative "solution": monitor the chat log file for quest pickup/completion and compare with the complete game quest list.

Is it possible to add achievements tracking to the quest log via addon? That's what I am looking for personally.
