Hi,

hope this is doable.

Function:
Mark any player (or more then one) with a mark (orange cross or something)over their head. (only visible for oneself)

Nice to have:
Costumizable Marks (what mark, size, color).

currently it is impossible to anchor anything created in an addon to a target in the game. otherwise this is totally doable and very simple, so once that becomes possible it will get done.
