Power Auras - Proc/HoT/CD Tracker

WoW had a mod called Power Auras that tracked virtually anything you wanted. You could set it to tracks your HoT's which Wardens would love, and see how much time is left on every HoT they have via a movable icon with timer, can set it right above the bar they use to press the button.
Tracking Procs and Cooldowns would help alot of DPS roles as well.
