Ability/Spell Bar

So, I'm wondering if someone out there is working on an expanded spell bar. Not liking having only a certain amount of spell room on my bar. I'm used to having every ability out on a hoatbar, lol. Let me know if I've missed something. I'm sort of new to Rift, so forgive my ignorance.

Game already provides 11 bars of 12 buttons each!

Settings | Interface | Action Bars | Two drop downs:

Bottom Action Bars 1-7, Side Action Bars 1-4

And you can make vertical bars horizontal and vice versa (though I don't remember how exactly. Middle-click?)

The game even allows easy rebinding of the keybindings for each individual button.
