request for a stand alone xp bar

I was unable to make my exp bar replacement due to the API. I personally think everything I can see on screen should have been included in any "Beta API" since the UI clearly has direct access to this data...

Its actually kinda pathetic.

But, rant aside, I will likely revive the project when the API is less worthless.
