the add-on worked perfectly for several days (I've got v.22), then items got stuck in queue. I tried logging out and in, and they unstuck. The next day, they stuck again and no amount of logging in and out unstuck them. I tried deleting the files in the addon folder and re-isntalling, but the same condition persisted (as well as my prefs sticking - where are these stored?). please help! I don't want to go back to AH without your add-on!

The config and auction database is stored under [RIFT folder]/Interface/Saved/[your account]/[your shard]/SavedVariables/BananAH.lua

Please try to delete that file when the game is not running and check if it solves your issue.

This stuck in "busy" state bug seems difficult to solve, so if deleting config doesn't solve your issue we'll need more info:

1.- Screenshot of your bags & inventory (to confirm you have 5 bags & there are empty slots in your inventory)
2.- Which item are you trying to post? What is your posting config (stack size, prices)? Does the addon need to split or join stacks?

Seems to lock up immediately or after after a few items are submitted, even after deleting the database.

I do, indeed, have 5 bags with some empty slots. I even tried moving around few items to ensure each bag had an open slot. No help.

For the most part I'm posting single items, usually artifacts.

I don't know if this has anything to do with my problem, but I generally start with the queue paused to confirm the items before I release them. However, I've seen this problem now with it un-paused, hidden and shown.

Is it possibly something stored in another file? I checked and there seems to be a number of them that get modified while running.

Also, how do I upload a screenshot to this server?

Finally, is there a debug or console log I can enable?

If you need to send a screenshot upload it anywhere (imageshack.us for example) and post the link.

Could you try posting your items one by one and try to find which one(s) are hanging the posting queue? Then post its name here and I'll try to reproduce your issue.

The problem with the posting queue is that it doesn't leave any error log we can use to find the bug

Aha! I think we may have a culprit. I've locked it up twice trying to post "Quarry Rat Lute" for 5g0s as the unit bid with 0s as the buyout... now, is it the item, or the 0s buyout?

Got it to do it again with another 0s buyout item. I think that's the problem. Div by zero?

BTW: an unrelated (I think) bug: I can't seem to get stacks of more than one artifact to be sold split up. The slide is stuck at "1".

Mmm you're right about the 0s buyout price, it breaks the posting queue. But this worked ok before :S
Seems the error is due to a change in the API. I'll report it, but I don't know when it will be fixed.

About the artifacts splitting, it's working for me. I try to sell 3 "Distilled Death Essence" splitted in stacks of 2 units (that is, a 2x stack and a 1x stack) and it works. Which sizes are you trying to sell?

Ah! figured out my problem. With the Stack Size slider set to max (the default), I can't move the Number of Stacks slider off "1".

Can you make it so you can set my own defaults for these, at least allowing me to pick which one to default to 1 (I'd chose Stack Size)?

That's a planned feature, however I can't confirm if it'll be in the next version, as it isn't a top priority.
